Turkey quake, How’s My Friend?

I like Turkey. They are nice people. How do I know? Well, I lived with a Turkey student, together with other two students. We had a very good time. And to me, the Turkey student helped me a lot. Of course also the other two students.

Now I just heard that there was a earthquake today in eastern Turkey, killing at least 138 people as buildings pancaked and crumpled into rubble.

According to ANKARA, Turkey (AP), Cries of panic and horror filled the air as a magnitude-7.2 earthquake struck eastern Turkey. The death toll was expected to rise as rescuers sifted through the rubble and reached outlying villages.

Tens of thousands fled into the streets running, screaming or trying to reach relatives on cell phones as apartment and office buildings cracked or collapsed. As the full extent of the damage became clear, survivors dug in with shovels or even their bare hands, desperately trying to rescue the trapped and the injured.

“There are many people under the rubble,” Veysel Keser, the mayor of the district of Celebibag, told NTV. “People are in agony. We can hear their screams for help.” Find out  more about Turkey quake.

I want to know if my friend is ok and Be Strong, Turkey!

Guam, a Mysterious Island

When you are travelling around the Guam, you may want to have a look at the Chamorro, the natives. On the Island of Guam, there are traces of the Second World War, the wonderful volcanic lava, the beach and the water……

I do not have the copyrights of all pictures below, all copyrights go to the original.

Louis Vuitton Handbags-lizards

Some people treat Lizard as their pets. What does it feel like when your skin touches Lizard? Just like how you feel when you’re holding a Louis Vuitton Handbag.

Many people often wonder what LIFE is. They actually want to know the meaning of LIFE. And I believe they will get an answer to that question when they notice how the aged in the picture struggling for survival even there’s no  soil but rocks.

Everything You Do, You Do Your Best

Everything you do, you do your best.

It is your responsibility to do your job well, to the best of your knowledge once you accept a certain job.

Your failure to fulfill your responsibility or sometimes obligation will constantly cause trouble to your co-workers, and to your boss, which I believe you don’t want that to happen.

So, what do we do?

Well, we do our best. Ask people for misunderstandings, ask people for confusions, ask people for help…

Always know there is a way out there that you can do a better job.

All you have to do is ask people and trust yourself.

My Diary April 30

Well, today I went to university library. Our group had a small discussion as the Profesional English’s presentation is just around the corner, actually two or three days to go.

I do not understand what is wrong with this world, everytime we give our presentation, we do Powerpoint. Some of my friends who are also doing master’s degrees say university is CPU–crazy powerpoint university. Wow, that’s exactly what I want to say to my university.

Anyway, still have to finish my task, otherwise there is no point staying here.

PS: is there still going to be a lot of PPT when we go to work?

Have a nice day:)
