How to Prevent Cheating


Instructors should take steps to prevent students from cheating on exams.

To begin with, instructors should stop reusing old tests. A test that has been used even once is soon known on the student grapevine. Students will check with their friends to find out, for example, what was on Dr. Thompson’s biology final last term. They may even manage to find a copy of the test itself, “ accidentally” not turned in by a former student of Dr. Thompson’s.

Job Burnout


Job burnout has several causes. First of all, successful workers may be given more to do just because they do their jobs well. Soon they become overloaded and must work even harder just to keep up with the pace. The workload becomes impossible, and exhaustion sets in.

Do you feel tired, exhausted and depressed because you do not exercise often, or you have to work extra time every day, or you have to sit in front of computer every day. Well, cheer up! At least there is one thing you could do: try to keep a balanced diet.
